About this opportunity: We’re looking for an Integrator (Grade F) who is passionate about enabling teams to deliver great outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our multi team, multi-platform environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, simplifying complexity, and helping work to flow smoothly. You’ll coordinate delivery across Labs and Platforms, supporting colleagues, partners and stakeholders so teams can deliver change safely, predictably, and at pace. This role is key in ensuring alignment, visibility, and clarity — enabling everyone involved to do their best work. We value people who are curious, collaborative, and supportive. If you thrive in a space where you bring teams together and help solve delivery challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting Cross‑Lab & Cross‑Platform Collaboration
  • Building strong, respectful relationships across teams, encouraging alignment and shared understanding.
  • Helping teams navigate interdependencies so work lands smoothly and with minimal friction.
  • Managing Dependencies & Risks
    • Mapping and updating dependencies so teams can plan with confidence.
    • Identifying blockers early, coordinating solutions, and escalating when needed.
    • Supporting risk and control improvements, making it easier for everyone to deliver safely.
  • Coordinating Complex Delivery
    • Helping organise and coordinate multi‑team delivery events (e.g., platform upgrades, shared infrastructure changes).
    • Ensuring all teams involved feel supported, informed, and clear on next steps.
  • Enabling Governance & Readiness
    • Providing input for governance forums, QBR preparation and readiness checks.
    • Helping teams prepare the right information so stakeholders can make informed decisions.
  • Championing Flow & Continuous Improvement
    • Spotting opportunities to simplify processes, reduce handoffs and make delivery more efficient.
    • Encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and improve ways of working.
  • Engaging Constructively with Suppliers & Stakeholders
    • Acting as a clear, calm and professional interface between internal teams and external partners.
    • Supporting positive relationships and ensuring expectations are understood on all sides.

About You: You’ll excel in this role if you:

    • Enjoy bringing people together and supporting collaborative problem‑solving.
    • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a way that helps others feel safe and included.
    • Are comfortable working across multiple teams and adapting to different styles and contexts.
    • Can simplify complex information and help others find clarity.
    • Value diverse perspectives and actively create space for all voices to be heard.
    • Are committed to continuous learning and helping others grow.

What you’ll need: We don’t expect perfection — if you meet most of these points, we encourage you to apply.

    • We’re looking for someone with experience coordinating delivery in an Agile or multi‑team environment, who can identify, sequence and manage dependencies, and who brings strong relationship‑building skills with the confidence to engage at all levels.
    • You should have experience supporting implementation or change events involving multiple teams, along with familiarity with tools such as Jira, Jira Align and Confluence, or a willingness to learn them.
    • An understanding of risk and control practices, or an enthusiasm to develop this knowledge, would also be valuable.
