Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new intermediaries in Cardiff, Bristol, and South West.
- Achieve sales and retention targets for Platform and our SW Fund range of multi‑asset funds.
- Formulate and implement effective business plans, identifying opportunities within the defined segment of accounts.
- Lead sales approach, coordinate activities with each account, and develop multi‑level contact strategies.
- Provide referrals for Workplace or Protection opportunities and collaborate with other teams.
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and operate within Lloyds Banking Group policies.
- Engage with Scottish Widows specialist resources to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on investment platforms or platform‑based solutions.
- Strong business development and relationship skills within an intermediary environment.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, competent in face‑to‑face, telephone, and virtual settings.
- Ability to lead a pitch team and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Strong understanding of market insight, regulatory, technical and legislative changes in the intermediary market.
- Achievement of CII/PFS Level 4 qualification is desired.
