Duration: 6-Months (potential to extend to 12 months)
Working pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office.

You’ll:
- Shape the story of transformation within BMX, turning complex journeys into compelling, visual narratives that engage and inspire.
- Champion creativity inside and outside the Group, showcasing brilliant work and collaboration across teams.
- Design and animate high-quality assets for channels including SharePoint, internal social platforms, email and social media.
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand identity.
- Influence and inspire, presenting ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to achieve the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with copywriters, blending words and visuals into seamless storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- Design mastery: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). After Effects would be a real bonus.
- SharePoint expertise: Confident in page build and design – this will be a big part of your role.
- Creative flair and originality: You bring ideas that cut through the noise and make people stop and take notice.
- Campaign thinking: Ability to conceive innovative concepts that differentiate BMX and strengthen our reputation.
- Detail obsession: Consistency and precision are second nature to you.
- Communication skills: Gravitas and clarity when presenting ideas, backed by strong rationale.
