We're a successful team and we're looking for you to come and join us where you'll be responsible for leading HGP's investment portfolio managed by HGP's Birmingham office. Investments cover residential projects across the Midlands & Wales.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the team to lead HGP investments alongside housebuilders and developers across a range of living sector tenures. This includes private for sale, private rental (BTR and co-living), student, and retirement living.
- Working with residential development management teams and external advisers to oversee and support the successful build out and investment exit of residential developments.
