What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of the Commercial Banking SME team, you will look after a high‑profile portfolio across the Bath area, supporting ambitious SMEs with turnover between £3m - £10m. You will be the face of Lloyds for your clients, working closely with local teams and wider Group partners, and will build trusted relationships, spot opportunities, provide banking and lending solutions, support risk management including ESG and NetZero, and engage in proactive outreach to grow new clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining strong client relationships and influencing senior external partners.
- At least 2 years of experience winning new business in a competitive commercial banking environment.
- Strong credit and risk management skills, with experience evaluating propositions and making confident recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including interpreting legal documentation and commercial terms.
- Proactive, self‑starter mindset able to work independently and thrive in a high‑performing team.
- Relevant transferable experience is also welcomed.
