We support flexible working – including part‑time 17.5 hours per week, inclusive of Saturdays.
Location: Bath – Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches in Wells, Trowbridge and other reasonable distance locations.

Salary: £13,100 increasing to £13,475 after 6 months.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing face‑to‑face support to customers in branch.
- Handling everyday banking tasks while offering reassurance, guidance and practical support for important moments, such as bereavement, fraud concerns or vulnerable customers.
- Promoting and supporting digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Recognising opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
- Adapting to different customer needs, remaining calm under pressure, adaptable and empathetic.
- Progressing into other roles across the Group, including phone, online, web chat, video or social media channels.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- A people person – honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
- The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
- The passion to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity, taking time to resolve queries and giving customers confidence in the service you’re providing.
- The commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
- A genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customers’ needs are met.
