It provides solutions for both in-person (POS terminals) and online payments. We also offer solutions for over-the-phone payments that can be integrated with e-commerce platforms.**In this role, you'll:*** Onboarding new merchants* Provide an excellent service to new and existing Cardnet merchants* Handle enquiries and complaints received from our merchants at first touch in accordance with given procedures and timescales.We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good.
