Position Summary
A full‑time branch‑based role working 35 hours per week, delivering face‑to‑face support to customers.
You will handle everyday banking tasks and, more importantly, support customers during key moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, or vulnerability.
You will promote and explain digital services, guide customers in using online and mobile banking independently, and recognise opportunities to connect them with relevant products and services.
Training and support are provided – you need not know everything about banking at start.
As you grow, you may progress into other roles across the Group, including phone, online, web chat, video or social media support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
- People person – honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
- Ability to build relationships quickly and provide a fantastic customer experience.
- Passion to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity, resolving queries thoroughly.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
