Location: London or Bristol. Hours: Full time – hybrid working required at least two days per week.

You will support the delivery and execution of Lloyds Banking Group’s partnerships strategy, working on high‑profile partnerships such as British Cycling and new partnership opportunities. In a fast‑paced, collaborative environment you will contribute to partnership activations from idea generation through to execution and performance tracking, building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders and ensuring integrated campaigns deliver against brand and commercial objectives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship, ideally within a fast‑paced or complex organisation
  • Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience supporting campaigns or partnership delivery, including activation and execution
  • Interest in data and insight, with the ability to use information to support performance evaluation and decision‑making
  • Experience working with agencies or third parties, including coordination and delivery support
  • Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑moving environment
  • Optional: exposure to large‑scale brand or sponsorship partnerships, integrated marketing or campaign activity, background in financial services or another regulated environment
