Location(s): Edinburgh
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh office.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end financial control, reporting and consolidation activities.
- Produce management, statutory, regulatory and governance reporting for the IMS portfolio.
- Prepare, review and substantiate balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving financial control issues.
- Maintain a strong financial control framework through effective controls, risk management and audit support.
- Build trusted relationships with Finance, Risk and business stakeholders to ensure reporting integrity and resolve issues.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and governance requirements, ensuring robust review and sign-off.
- Drive automation, process improvement and Finance Transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control and data quality.
- Utilise digital tools such as Power Query, Power Automate and reporting solutions to streamline processes and reduce operational risk.
- Support knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and team-wide collaboration.
What you’ll need
- Accountancy qualification – ICAS (or equivalent), ACCA or CIMA
- Passion for Financial control and a curious mindset
- Good analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Confidence to challenge

- Financial services experience
- Strong risk awareness
