Working Pattern: Our colleagues will be required to work from branch as part of this role. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a Customer Support colleague, you'll support customers either in branch, conversational banking or over the telephone.
- You'll work as part of a team to meet customers' financial and service needs, delivering an excellent customer experience.
- You'll ensure efficient, professional service and fair outcomes, especially for vulnerable customers and help Britain prosper by making appropriate referrals and adhering to LBG priorities, regulatory requirements, and the Group's values and code of responsibility.
- Review, verify and enter information accurately into company systems, while supporting customers in line with established processes and procedures.
- Help customers build confidence using digital banking tools, guiding them to self-serve for their day-to-day banking needs.
- Provide a friendly, professional and positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Follow risk, regulatory and compliance processes to help deliver fair and consistent outcomes.
- Take part in role-related training and development to build your knowledge, skills and confidence.
