Lloyds Bank plc seeks a Pension Policy Lead to shape and deliver the Group’s pension agenda across DB and DC schemes.

You will translate strategic objectives into practical pension policies, governance activities and policy solutions, working with the Head of Pension Policy and senior stakeholders.

You’ll drive complex projects, manage pension risks (excluding funding) and respond to regulatory changes, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery in a regulated environment.
