You’ll be doing:
- Own a clear slice of a product or journey, from problem definition through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
- Be accountable for outcomes, not just output.

- Define and prioritise the product backlog, make evidence‑led trade‑offs.

- 2+ years experience of owning outcomes for a product, feature or journey.
- 2+ years experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong prioritisation and decision‑making capability.
- Confidence using data, insight and experimentation.
- Experience working in cross functional product teams.
- Awareness of risk, controls and regulation in product delivery.
- Exposure to mobile‑first or large‑scale digital products.
