This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced philanthropy leader with strong project management and financial planning expertise to join our purpose-driven organisation. The Role
As the Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will lead our new Philanthropy Pilot, turning an ambitious idea for increasing giving and community action into a successful and scalable proposition. You will take ownership of the Pilot's development, delivery and evaluation, co-ordinating activity across the Foundation and working closely with Lloyds Banking Group and other partners to manage risk, develop propositions and embed clear measures of impact.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee commissioned support, agreements and contracts
- Lead the adoption of fundraising compliance policies and standards
- Develop recommendations for the future of the Pilot based on its learning
- Represent us in philanthropy forums and partnerships
- Share the Pilot's progress and learning through internal and external communications
About You
To be considered as our Philanthropy & Investment Lead, you will need:
- Fundraising or philanthropy management experience
- Experience in the development, management and control of budgets and financial plans
- Experience commissioning work, managing contracts and freelancers
- Comprehensive project design and project management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
