Shift Rota:
- 1st week 4 Days, 4 off.
- 2nd week 4 Nights, 4 off.
Main Function: To ensure that the plant and machinery are functioning in a way to satisfy the customer and production requirements. To maintain physical quality standards and avoid any cross contamination.
Key Responsibilities
- To operate the plant and machinery to ensure that customer delivery/collection requirements are achieved.
- To ensure that plant and machinery is operated safely and in a way that does not compromise the safety of colleagues.
- To ensure that plant and machinery operates efficiently.
- Follow work instructions and general good working practices.
- To ensure that cross contamination is avoided by means of production awareness and manual production aids.
- To ensure that production records are maintained and completed in a legible manner as required by the appropriate Work Instructions.
- To report any defects.
- To participate in stocktaking.
- The control of Finished Product bins as required.
- Operation of the weighbridge.
