About The Role
LOTT & Whyte, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Adviser for its Community Broking team in the Llanelli office. As an Insurance Adviser you will provide exceptional service and advice to clients, maximizing client satisfaction to achieve existing and new business income targets which support the business strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing professional support and advice to clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
- Answering client queries, dealing with renewals and mid‑term adjustments in a professional and timely manner
- Handling new business quotations and/or presentations to the market on behalf of Account Executives within requested time‑frames
- Managing all policy administration in a professional and timely manner
- Focusing on timely collection of client money in accordance with company procedures
- Being proactive – making clients aware of alternative products, advising on potential gaps in cover, and providing effective insurance reviews regularly
What you’ll need to have
- Confidence and ability to build rapport over the telephone for an excellent client experience
- Capability to provide holistic, advice‑based reviews and recommendations to clients
- Tenacity and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organization, resourcefulness, deadline‑driven mindset and support for the wider team
- Ability to work in a regulated, compliant, client‑focused environment

- Chartered Insurance Institute certificate in Insurance (current or willing to pursue)
