Team Coordinator Outskirts of Dorking Superb employee facilities and really positive vibe Parking available on site We have a newly created opportunity for someone with administration experience, who\’d be keen to join a small but established projects team. They are in need of someone to take control of all their administration tasks, freeing them up so they can concentrate on the technical / projects elements. You\’ll need: Office administration experience Microsoft Word (general day to day correspondence), Excel (for data), Outlook (for meetings) and PowerPoint (for creating reports) A positive and proactive approach to \’getting the information you need\’ from colleagues and third parties Diary management experience to keep track of meetings at all stages Excellent organisation skills – preparing documents for meetings, coordinating internal and external catchups Accuracy – some of the notes taken in meetings need to be referred to far off down the project line for reconfirmation of decisions Able to juggle workloads to meet deadlines Accurately keep track of team and individual diaries Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
