- Store Manager – Temp to Perm
- Location: Horley, Surrey
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (Temp to Perm)
- Start Date: April 2025, with interviews commencing immediately
Lloyds Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a storage company in search of a Store Manager to join their team.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, working independently while guiding a junior team member and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and be responsible for health and safety. You’ll receive a competitive salary and opportunities for genuine career progression within a new business.
Key Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service
- Lead and motivate your team to meet sales targets and deliver on customer needs
- Maintain store health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing contracts and customer enquiries
- Ensure the store remains clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary
Essential Skills:
- Proven leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Previous experience working for a storage company (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Opening Hours:
- 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday
- 8:00am – 2:00pm on Saturdays (hours are flexible)
Other Requirements:
Must have a driver’s license due to the location.
