We are excited to be working with a small, growing business in Weybridge, looking for a Junior Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly, close-knit team. This is a hands-on, office-based role within a sociable team of around six people, ideal for someone who enjoys working with others and learning on the job. It would suit someone with an interest in beauty, aesthetics, or skincare, who is confident communicating with customers and eager to gain experience in a growing business.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages
- Provide friendly and helpful customer support
- Assist with general admin and daily office tasks
- Use an in-house system (full training provided)
