This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that values company culture as highly as the work itself. As a growing business, they are consistently onboarding new clients and reviewing existing ones, creating a need to expand their admin team to support this continued growth. Responsibilities: Provide admin support within wealth management, assisting with case processing. Work with back-office systems such as X-Plan, Intelliflo, FE Analytics, and Cashcalc. Manage provider platforms and ensure smooth processing of investments, pensions, and portfolios. Support in areas like Equity Release, mortgages, IHT planning, and protection.
