Job Description
Fuel Delivery DriverLocation: East GrinsteadType: Full-Time (40 hours), PermanentSalary: £36.5K DOEAbout the Role:We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Fuel Delivery Driver to join a leading organisation in East Grinstead. You'll be delivering fuel to machinery across customer sites within the Southeast of England.This is a great opportunity for someone with the relevant experience to be part of a growing company, with tangible progression routes and excellent earning potential.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fuel to customer sites using various vehicles, including 18-ton twin axle fuel tanker, 4×4 vehicles and towing fuel bowsers
- Complete delivery documentation using a handheld tablet, in line with company procedures
- Load and deliver fuel safely and professionally, following Health & Safety, tachograph and ADR regulations
- Build positive working relationships with internal colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with delivery and collection of machinery as required, using 4×4 vehicles and rigid wagons
- Follow all company Health & Safety policies and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Contribute proactively to the company's continuous improvement programme
Skills & Experience Required:
- Towing qualification and experience – essential
- ADR Licence or Diesel Awareness Training – training can be provided if required
- HGV Class 2 Licence – desirable
- Flexible working attitude
