Job Description As the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Telecom and Mobile Billing Operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Leading an exceptional Billing Team, you will manage daily Billing Operations and Support to maintain excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Billing Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end Telecom billing process using aBillity billing platform. Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices for all Telecom services. Maintain data in billing system to suit the business needs. Monitor customer usage and alerting procedures. Manage CDR imports for all billing suppliers.
