Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with a local company in the glazing and window industry, who are looking for an experienced Window Fitter to join their team, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be attending client sites to conduct glazing repairs and installations, in Crawley / surrounding areas.

Day to day duties:
- Installing, repairing and maintaining double glazed windows
- Attending client sites on a daily basis
- Conducting assessments and generating quotations
- Taking payments via card
- Ensuring each job is completed to company standards
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Accurately measuring window openings
- Removing old or damaged windows
- Ensuring thermal installation and airtightness
- Replacing broken or failed double-glazing units
- Adjusting hinges and handles
- Liaising with clients and providing an excellent standard of service
Key Skills/Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Glazier/Window Fitter role or similar (essential)
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable in client facing environments
- Willingness to see jobs through to completion, even if after standard trading hours
- Knowledge / experience of surveying (advantageous)
- Physically fit and comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
