Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a dynamic role with room for development, and you'll have the chance to make it your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, greeting visitors, handling post
- Drafting letters/emails & maintaining databases
- Preparing engagement/disengagement letters
- Company secretarial admin & HMRC communication
- Invoicing & assisting with marketing
- General office support
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounting setting (Iris experience is a plus)
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication & discretion
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Iris/Xero
