We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll build trust with customers, take the time to understand their circumstances and provide tailored solutions to help them move forward with confidence and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and support arrears resolution.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial circumstances and build rapport.
- Develop personalised and affordable repayment plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prioritise positive customer outcomes, particularly for those in vulnerable situations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in arrears, collections, or debt management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and Litigation.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to support customers.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
