This is an office-based position, where you will receive excellent training to help the team reach their target, working on a specific project. You'll be handling a mixture of administration, data entry, and customer liaison duties. This isn't a call centre role, more a support role to them, so it's very busy. You need to enjoy working as part of a team, be accurate in data entry and record management, and be happy to source information that's not readily available to pass onto clients.
Current temps on the team are regularly considered for permanent roles as they arise, and this position is to fill someone who's transferring to a permanent opportunity.
