We have a newly created opportunity for someone with administration experience, who'd be keen to join a small but established projects team. They are in need of someone to take control of all their administration tasks, freeing them up so they can concentrate on the technical/projects elements.
You'll need:
- Office administration experience
- Microsoft Word (general day to day correspondence), Excel (for data), Outlook (for meetings) and PowerPoint (for creating reports)
- A positive and proactive approach to "getting the information you need" from colleagues and third parties
- Diary management experience to keep track of meetings at all stages
- Excellent organisation skills - preparing documents for meetings, coordinating internal and external catchups
- Accuracy - some of the notes taken in meetings need to be referred to far off down the project line for reconfirmation of decisions
- Able to juggle workloads to meet deadlines
- Accurately keep track of team and individual diaries
