The predicted salary is between 12000 - 18000 £ per year.
We are seeking a Credit Control / Export Administration professional for a dual role covering both UK and International accounts.
Salary: 15,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week). Plus one full day per month for month-end close
Holiday: 20 days paid per annum + public holidays (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and allocating receipts, maintaining cash book, and reconciling customer and bank accounts.
- Contacting customers (telephone, fax, letter, email) for outstanding payments.
- Preparing monthly statements and reports.
- Arranging new accounts and checking references.
- Collaborating with internal sales on Proforma's CBD.
- Reviewing customer credit limits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Credit Control is essential.
- Experience handling multiple currencies.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Experience dealing with customers across the globe.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and email communication.
