Office Administrator Salary: £28-30,000 (£14.30-15.40 p/hr) DOE Available immediately – so temp and perm candidates can be considered Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm Parking on site and under 10 min walk from Epsom station if you don\’t want to drive to work Due to an exciting phase of expansion, our client is looking for an experienced administrator to lend support to a newly created department. Key areas of responsibility: Scheduling & Diary Management – organising and confirming meetings and appointments, keeping track of targets, liaising with third parties as required. Customer Service & Client Management – answering queries and requests for information, logging and tracking of all activities on the CRM system. Operations & Administration – create update reports for team and clients, collate contract documents and invoices, support sales team activities as they arise. Support & Coordination – being the primary and pro-active point of contact for your team, colleagues and clients at any time, assisting and overcoming challenges to meet deadlines.Required Experience: Previous office Administration experience (2yrs + ideally). Strong client and customer service skills and awareness. CRM and database experience would be great, but full training is provided on their specific system.
