You will have had exposure to financial services, insurance or finance in a customer-focused role already, and be keen to become part of a new team of 5 being put together to take the business forward in their new expansion plans.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Speaking with very valued customers who may be experiencing temporary or ongoing financial difficulties.
- Listening carefully and taking the time to understand their personal situation.
- Working with them to create realistic and manageable repayment plans.
- Always aiming for the best outcome for the customer, especially those who may be in vulnerable circumstances.
- Keeping records up to date and following simple processes and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a financial services environment, ideally with some exposure to arrears, collections, or debt support (but not essential).
- A genuine desire to help people and the confidence to have sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools.
- An interest in developing your knowledge of financial regulations (you’ll be given support with this).
