The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, highly detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role would be great.
- Prior technical or specialist experience, such as bike sizing or fitting, would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, delivering a helpful, friendly, and professional experience to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assess each customer's needs to ensure the correct fit and size of their bicycle.
- Maintain and merchandise displays, ensuring products are presented neatly, accurately priced and all areas are clean and organised.
- Use EPOS systems to process orders and assist with sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-store interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management, communicating clearly and supporting a positive team environment.
