We are searching for a compassionate, detail-oriented Arrears & Collections Specialist to join our client's team, based locally. In this role, you'll engage with each customer, using your listening skills to build rapport and understand the different aspects of their situation. With empathy and a non-judgmental approach, you'll help create appropriate payment plans to support them. Your Role: Manage customer accounts and assist with arrears resolutions. Offer tailored solutions, such as affordable repayment plans, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
