This is a dynamic role where you will play a vital part in the delivery of multiple construction projects across various stages - no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries and site visits
- Assisting in the planning, resourcing, and coordination of commercial construction projects
- Tracking progress of small to mid-sized builds and ensuring deadlines are met
- Updating project documentation and maintaining progress reports
- Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
- Helping manage fleet vehicles and keeping training records up to date
- Compiling data for construction accreditations and trade body memberships
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in project coordination/administration within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure
- Proactive approach with the flexibility to support multiple teams
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively
