An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Smart Repair Technicianto join Lloyd Bodyshop based in Newcastle.
Salary: Basic Salary with OTE of £40,120
Hours: Evening work -16:30pm – 1:30am
**Bodyshop experience is essential for this role.**
Role responsibilities:
- Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements thereby maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop.
- Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard, to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Using all products economically to minimise waste and costs.
- Complete all work within agreed time scales.
- Complete any documentation to the standard defined by the company.
- Assuring adherence to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and Company policy and procedures.
- Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements.
- Responding positively to the requests of the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor, and working effectively as a member of the Bodyshop Team.
- Observing all relevant Health & Safety procedures
