An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Kendal. Salary: £12.25 per hour Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday (30 mins unpaid lunch) working 1 in 3 Saturdays – 08:30 – 13:00 41.5 hours per week average Role responsibilities: * Handle inbound inquiries professionally and courteously for the Aftersales Department. * Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate services. * Create workshop bookings for servicing and repairs via phone and email. * Prepare daily job cards for workshop visits, ensuring all details are accurate, including recalls, service packages, and warranties. * Upload appointment information to the department platform and archive job cards after visits. * Promote and identify service plans for both new and existing customers as a retention tool. * Use manufacturer data to find new service booking opportunities, sending digital communications and making outbound calls. * Identify new opportunities for customers using the BMW/MINI Assist program, ensuring a seamless experience while their car is being repaired. * Capture any accident repair inquiries and forward them to the appropriate department.
