New Car Sales Executive
Take on an exciting opportunity as a Sales Executive for Lloyd BMW/MINI based in Newcastle.
Salary: Basic salary plus bonus with company car included.
Hours: 08:30 – 18:00, including a weekend rota.
Role Responsibilities
- Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy, encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
- Agree on price and payment methods, including advising on financing options, while working within company guidelines.
- Ensure each delivery is followed up with a personal phone call to confirm customer satisfaction, maintaining contact to build relationships and future business.
- Plan and organise daily sales activities, such as telephoning prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to generate new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless service to customers.
- Participate positively in training and development opportunities to help the Group achieve its aims and objectives.
