Lloyd Amiss Group Limited – Wilfred Grey Clothing Brand Manager Job Title: Brand Manager Location: Shefford Hardwicke Farm, SG17 5NU Reports to: Summer Clarke Company Overview Lloyd Amiss Group is a dynamic, family-run business committed to delivering exceptional service to its customers. We are launching a new clothing brand, Wilfred Grey, and are seeking a Brand Manager to lead its development and growth. This role focuses heavily on digital and social media marketing β€” particularly Instagram and TikTok β€” to expand brand awareness and drive direct-to-consumer sales through digital platforms. Position Summary Reporting directly to Summer Clarke, the Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s strategy. This includes overseeing product development, managing marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, entrepreneurial, and experienced in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to lead the launch of an exciting new clothing brand. Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Product Development Design & Development: Oversee clothing line design, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends. Production Oversight: Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Inventory & Fulfilment: Manage order fulfilment, stock levels, and ensure smooth logistics for customer deliveries. Marketing & Social Media Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy for Instagram and TikTok to increase brand visibility and online sales. Content Creation & Curation: Lead the production of engaging visual content, including photos and videos, that aligns with the brand. Influencer & Community Engagement: Build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and customers to enhance brand reach. Trend Analysis: Monitor social media trends and emerging fashion movements to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Brand Growth & Analytics Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, including engagement, follower growth, and conversions, adjusting strategies based on insights. Budget Management: Oversee marketing and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and financial targets. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Strong design and visual storytelling skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Knowledge of TikTok and its potential for fashion e-commerce growth. Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities. Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into marketing opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred but not essential. 1+ years\’ experience in brand management, marketing, or social media content creation. Personal Attributes: Highly creative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Passionate about fashion and digital marketing. Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter, with the ability to be proactive and work independently when needed. The Important Stuff Salary: Β£23,000 per annum with potential performance-based bonuses (reviewed annually). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Location: Office-based role at SG17 5NU (not remote or flexible, the candidate must be able to commute to the office every day) Probation Period: Six months, subject to contract terms. Performance Reviews: Quarterly performance reviews with the line manager and business owner. 1-2-1 Meetings: Weekly check-ins with the line manager for personal and company development. Monthly Reporting: The Brand Manager must lead monthly meetings, providing updates on sales, finances, and brand performance. Additional Support: Must be willing to assist in wider business needs, including events, content creation, and customer service. Holiday: 28 days per year (including bank holidays), with mandatory leave over Christmas & New Year. Birthday Leave: A paid day off on your birthday!
