We're looking for an Account Manager ready to step into a genuinely hands-on role where your contribution will be felt from day one. You'll be the person clients trust and the one the team turns to. You'll work across commerce and retail media projects for FMCG brands, managing multiple workstreams with confidence and care. This isn't a support role. You'll have real responsibility, real relationships, and room to grow into whatever this agency needs you to become.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the day-to-day running of your accounts and leading small-to-medium projects end-to-end
- Acting as the primary client contact and building trusted, long-term relationships
- Leading key client meetings: status calls, briefings, creative reviews, and strategic presentations
- Turning client briefs into clear, well-structured internal briefs that set the team up to do their best work
- Managing the commercial health of your projects: estimates, budgets, POs, and billing
- Ensuring everything that goes out the door is on time, on brief, and to the highest standard
- Staying sharp on client business, category trends, and the competitive landscape
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years in an agency environment
- 1+ years as an Account Manager preferred but not essential
- Shopper marketing experience is a plus
- A track record of delivering commerce, retail media, or integrated campaigns for consumer or FMCG brands
- Comfortable with the financial side of account management: budgets, estimates, invoices, and POs
The person:
- Warm, straight-talking, and genuinely great with people, clients and colleagues alike
- Organised without being rigid, calm under pressure without being passive
- You care about the details but don't lose sight of the bigger picture
- Proactive: you spot things before they become problems and help find solutions
- Excited by the idea of building something from the ground up
Why LLOOK:
- Help shape the culture, the way of working, and the kind of agency we become
- Work with major FMCG brands on commerce challenges that matter
- A team that will back your development and want you to grow
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday + Christmas closure
- Additional annual leave after 5 years
- Enhanced parental leave
- Hybrid working, London
- Competitive salary
