Our client is a specialist industrial shed main contractor seeking a freelance No.1 Site Manager to deliver an upcoming project from inception through to completion, the project is located in Essex.
The role will involve overseeing a £12m scheme, a new-build development comprising of a 135,000 sq ft industrial unit, and a 40,000 sq ft office. If the fit-out package is secured, the overall project value will increase to circa £30m. You will be supported by a visiting Contracts Manager and a wider site team.
