Our client is a fast growing D&B fit out contractor specialising within the landlord market CAT A & B fitout/refurbishments sectors, with job values ranging from £500k - £5m, mainly within the Central London area. Entering into their 3rd year of trading, our client has seen their turnover grow from £5m in year one to close to £20m. Due to their continued growth, they are keen to appoint a Technical Services Manager.
The main duties for the role will involve overseeing technical submissions, cross checking with design and overseeing the M&E consultants.
