My client is a tier one main contractor in search of a site manager for a 6 month contract with the possibility of a further extension.

The project itself will consist of a large £200m commercial CAT A office fit out consisting of 10 floors; the building will also retain 70% of its existing structure.

The role will involve reporting into a senior site manager and you will be tasked with managing 4 floors from shell onwards.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role, as well as an in date SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid.
