Our Client is a multi-disciplinary main contractor with an annual turnover of £100M+, they specialise in delivering high-quality refurbishment, healthcare, education, residential, heritage.
We are assisting them in their search for a Senior Site manager to join their team and work on projects ranging from £1m - £10m within refurbishment sectors, healthcare, education, residential, heritage.
Act as the primary on-site leader responsible for the safe, timely, and on-budget delivery of our projects.
You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, enforce health and safety regulations, and maintain strict quality control.
Serving as the central link between site and office, you will drive construction schedules and maintain vital communication with clients to ensure a successful handover.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience in delivering Refurbishments with a similar job value.
