We are assisting them in their search for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for a £30m project involving 4 high-rise blocks with M&E infrastructure, recladding and remedial works. This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of work coming up in North London. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for residents, keeping them updated on project progress and resolving queries and complaints. You must work closely with the project and site management team, maintain accurate records of resident interactions and coordinate resident access safely. To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer on recladding or remedial projects, along with strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to manage resident expectations.
