Our client is a Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy, specialising within the hospitality sector working with some of the UK's largest hospitality chains from high-end restaurants to bars and pubs as well as private independent boutique outfits.

Duties will involve:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, SoW documents, and tender documentation (further training can be provided on this element).
  • Manage budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Perform site measurements, valuations, and cashflow forecasting.
  • Work closely with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid overspends.

For this role, it is desirable to hold a qualification in quantity surveying or a related field, but we will still review applicants who do not hold this.
