My client is a fast growing project management and quantity surveying consultancy, providing services nationwide to a range of clients focused in the hospitality industry.
Due to a strong Q1 and secured work for Q2 and Q3 they are in the market for a Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience.
The role will involve end-to-end delivery of hospitality fit-out projects, managing statutory requirements, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget completion to high standards. Lead client meetings and coordination with architects, designers, and stakeholders, while reporting on progress, cost, and risk, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety.
Benefits will include working from home 2/3 days per week, paid travel into monthly London meeting at head office, and fuel paid for, for site visits.
