Our Client is a fast growing D&B main contractor, currently turning over £6m set to rise in the next year to £10m. Their projects consist of full commercial D&B office fit outs, as well as retail & hospitality projects. Their typical project values range from £500k - £5m.
We are assisting them with their search for a project manager for their retail pipeline of recently secured projects. These projects will involve overseeing the full fit out and refurbishments for the likes of Joe & The Juice, Gails, Blank Street Coffee and Itsu.
The successful candidate's duties will consist of one day a week working at the head office, spending the other four days of the week across 2/3 of the above style projects overseeing delivery, health & safety, liaising with the client, assisting with commercials and overall adhering to a successful fast track fit out of each project.
