Our client is a main contractor who specialise within the restoration, high end residential & commercial sectors. Their projects range from Β£50k - Β£250k and include both internal and external refurbishments / repairs.
They are in the market for a temp to perm Site Manager to oversee external repairs on a high profile entertainment venue, the project is valued at Β£150k.
Duties will involve:
- Managing the day to day running of the site as the number one reporting into a visiting contracts manager
- In charge of health and safety
- Client liaison
- Subcontractor management
