Our client is a D&B fit-out main contractor who specialise in CAT A & B commercial projects. We are currently assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Manager to lead one of their projects located in Chatham. The project is a £280k single floor of CAT B office fit out. This is the first in a series of recent project wins so will lead onto further projects.

The duties will involve managing day-to-day health & safety, running the floor alongside all associated subcontractors and trades, while reporting into a visiting Project Director.
