Our client is a fast-growing principal contractor who currently have a turnover of under £10m and, within their three-year tenure, have grown rapidly. Their projects involve external and internal refurbishment/repairs, along with building upgrades across both private commercial and residential properties. Project values range from £100k to £1.5m.
We are assisting them with their search for a Contracts Manager. The role will involve managing up to 5 projects simultaneously, alongside procurement, all client and stakeholder engagement, upstream reporting, and management of the site teams. The role will be split between the head office in Elephant & Castle one day per week and four days across each site.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to write programmes and read drawings, along with holding the following in-date certificates: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card. This is an immediate start, therefore if you are interested please apply now.
