Our client is a medium sized main contractor, who specialise in delivering a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects that range in value from £50k - £1.5m.
We are assisting them with their search for a freelance Site Manager to oversee six new build apartments from 2nd fix through to completion.
This project is located in Leigh on sea.
Your duties will consist of overall delivery of the project as the number one on site, reporting into a visiting contracts manager as well as ensuring all H&S is followed and maintaining the programme of works.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
